ATM/CDM Process

CIMB Bank ATM Payment Procedures

  1. Insert your CIMB ATM Bankcard.
  2. Select your preferred language and enter your PIN number
  3. Select ‘OTHERS’ at Transaction Required menu
  4. After that, select ‘BILL PAYMENT’
  5. Select the ‘OPEN BILL PAYMENTS’ option
  6. Select Parkson Credit and key in the Payee Code 034
  7. Enter your 10 or 12-digit Agreement Number
  8. Enter your Mobile Number
  9. Enter the amount to pay
  10. Select your CIMB account to make payment
  11. Check and confirm your payment details are correct.
    Select ‘CONFIRM’ to proceed
  12. Take your ATM Bankcard and remember to keep your receipt

CIMB Bank CDM Payment Procedures

  1. At the CDM machine, select your preferred language
  2. For Type of Transaction, select ‘DEPOSIT/PAYMENT’
  3. For Type of Account, select ‘BILLS’
  4. Select the ‘OPEN BILL PAYMENTS’ option
  5. Select Parkson Credit and key in the Payee Code 034
  6. Enter your 10 or 12-digit Agreement Number
  7. Enter your Mobile Number
  8. Check and confirm your payment details are correct.
    Select ‘CONFIRM’ to proceed
  9. Insert cash into CDM machine and press ‘PROCEED’
    to continue transaction
  10. Select ‘ACCEPT’ to proceed with payment
  11. Remember to keep your receipt

Maybank ATM Payment Procedures

  1. Insert your Maybank ATM Bankcard
  2. Select your preferred language and enter your PIN number
  3. Select 'BILL PAYMENT' on the Transaction Required menu
  4. After that, select 'REGISTERED PAYEE CORP'
  5. Enter the payment amount
  6. Select 'PARKSON CREDIT'
  7. Select 'CONFIRM' to proceed
  8. Take your ATM Bankcard and remember to keep your receipt

*Please register online at www.maybank2u.com.my and select 'Parkson Credit Sdn Bhd' as your 'Favorite Payee' before making payment at Maybank ATM machines.

Maybank CDM Payment Procedures

  1. At the CDM machine, select your preferred language
  2. For Type of Transaction, select ‘CASH PAYMENT’
  3. Select ‘LOANS / CREDIT PAYMENT’
  4. Key in Payee Code 043 and Select Parkson Credit
  5. Enter your 10 or 12-digit Agreement Number
  6. Enter your Mobile Number
  7. Check and confirm your payment details are correct
  8. Select ‘YES’ to proceed
  9. Insert cash into CDM machine and press ‘PROCEED’
    to continue transaction
  10. Remember to keep your receipt

Public Bank ATM Payment Procedures

  1. Insert your Public Bank ATM Bankcard
  2. Select your preferred language and enter your PIN number
  3. Select 'OTHER SERVICE' on the Transaction Required menu
  4. After that, select 'MORE SERVICES'
  5. Select 'PAYMENT'
  6. Select 'ACCEPT' to agree the terms and condition
  7. Search for '5151 PARKSON CREDIT SB'
  8. Key in the Payee Code '5151'
  9. Enter your 10 or 12-digit Agreement Number
  10. Enter your Mobile Number
  11. Enter the amount to pay
  12. Check and confirm your payment details are correct
  13. Select 'YES' to proceed
  14. Take your ATM Bankcard and remember to keep your receipt

Public Bank CDM Payment Procedures

  1. At the CDM machine, select your preferred language
  2. For Type of Transaction, select 'BILL PAYMENT'
  3. Select 'ACCEPT' to agree the terms and condition
  4. Search for '5151 PARKSON CREDIT SB'
  5. Key in the Payee Code '5151'
  6. Enter your 10 or 12-digit Agreement Number
  7. Enter your Mobile Number
  8. Insert cash into CDM machine
  9. Check and confirm your payment details are correct
  10. Select 'YES' to proceed
  11. Remember to keep your receipt
