Our Parkson Credit offices in Kuala Lumpur will remain open during the Kuala Lumpur-Selangor-Putrajaya CMCO period from 14th October to 27th October 2020, while maintaining a high standard of safety precautions against the spread of the Covid-19 virus.
We encourage all to minimize the risk of contagion by washing hands regularly, wearing a mask, avoiding crowded spaces and avoiding unnecessary travel. Instead of an in-person visit, do consider using the WhatsApp and online Customer Services for your convenience. Additionally, all our Payment Channels will remain accessible during the CMCO, although we strongly recommend that payments be made through online channels to reduce the risk of contagion. Details on how to make online payments can be found here.
